  18 Years - Note on Minimum Ages
 

There are some new faces in the office of New York City Mayor Randall Winston this season, as well as some old favorites. Film star Charlie Sheen has joined the cast, and Heather Locklear is back as well. Michael J. Fox will no longer be starring in the show, but heíll still be involved behind the scenes as an executive producer. (And donít be surprised if he shows up on screen for an episode or two!) Series co-stars include: Richard Kind, Alan Ruck, Michael Boatman, Lana Parrilla, and Barry Bostwick.
