18 Years - Note on Minimum Ages

Last year saw Drew (Drew Carey) kicking off Y2K by finally uniting with his longtime crush, Kate (Christa Miller. But as in all relationships, various trials and tribulations await the new lovers. Never helping matters much is Drew's omnipresent office nemesis, the overly made-up Mimi (Kathy Kinney), who has now spread her own fresh version of hell into Drew's private life by marrying his big brother, Steve (John Carroll Lynch). Mimi and Steve can't wait to become proud parents- an event that promises to affect first-time Uncle Drew in a major way.
At work, Drew shined briefly as store manager at the Winfred-Louder department store in Cleveland, until his ruthless English boss, Mr. Nigel Wick (Craig Ferguson), regained the job. Back in his position as assistant director of personnel, Drew must again endure Mr. Wick's insatiable need to find new and more sadistic methods of firing employees. Meanwhile, Kate's quest for personal fulfillment lands her at Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Drew can always find refuge at home, especially when package-delivery guy Oswald (Diedrich Bader), DrugCo janitor Lewis (Ryan Stiles) and ever-ambitious Kate are busy scheming for success with their entrepreneurial brainchild, Buzz Beer.
