You might want to include your
name, address, date of taping you would like to attend, and the
number of people in your party. Please allow 3-4 weeks to
receive your tickets.
Contestant Information
In order to try out to be a contestant, you
must:
(1) be at least 18 years old
(2) not have any association or connection with anyone
associated with the production or broadcast of the program
including CBS, Moffitt/Lee Productions, King World Studios West,
Columbia Tri-Star Television, PIC-TV, Skycastle Entertainment,
or Sullivan Compliance Co.
(3) not have been a contestant on any game show within one year
of the taping
If you meet the above
requirements and are able to be in the Los Angeles area, you may
call Hollywood Squares Contestant Department to set up an
interview. Any airfare or accommodations will be at your
expense.
You will need to bring two forms
of ID to the studio which may include (1) a drivers license or
DMV identification and (2) your social security card or a legal
document with your SSN on it.
In order to be a contestant,
Hollywood Squares requests that you abide by all program
security rules and accept that the producer's decisions are
final.

up a contestant interview, call (323) 850-0707 Monday thru
Friday from 10:00a.m.-5:00p.m. (PCT). The interview will take
approximately 1 ‡ hours.
